 - Under Folder "Membership" find VOSH Southeast-Membership Form.pdf
 - Click "View" - Then Click Print after the pdf file opens.
 - Fill out the form and send to the enclosed address.
 - You may also use our PayPal easy Pay on the Membership Page

Instructions to Participate on a Mission
 - On Future Missions Page - Email your mission leader first to secure a spot.
 - Download and fill out all forms under "Forms Required for Mission Participation"
 - Mail all forms and required fees to your mission leader
 - Note: Mission Insurance is required and will be purchased by your mission leader at group rates from
   Insurance Services of America
